Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the parcel and the address where the product will be delivered. Shipping costs will be displayed in the purchasing process and as part of the final payment stage.

SEVINN Unit Trust is committed to providing its customers with fast and efficient delivery, however please note that your choice of postal service will affect delivery times.

Express Delivery

Expected delivery time is 3 business days within Australia and is subject to Australia Post delivery times. This premium delivery method also provides you with a tracking number so that you may view the progress of your order online at any time. Please note that this option requires a residential or work address and a signature upon delivery.

Please note: delivery to rural addresses and Eastern states may require an additional 2-3 days.

Standard Mail

Expected delivery time 5-7 business days within Australia and is subject to Australia Post Delivery times.

Whilst SEVINN Unit Trust endeavours to ensure customers receive orders as quickly as possible, in the event of a public holiday or industrial action experienced by Australia Post, delays may occur which are beyond our control.

International Orders

SEVINN Unit Trust uses FedEx for international deliveries.

Delivery times will depend on the location to be delivered to.

This delivery method provides you with a tracking number so that you may view the progress of your order online at any time.

Whilst SEVINN Unit Trust endeavours to ensure customers receive orders as quickly as possible, in the event of a public holiday or industrial action experienced by FedEx, delays may occur which are beyond our control.

Returns and Replacements

We will happily accept the return of any stock or product which is damaged, defective or tampered with upon receipt. However, we will only accept the return of products for replacement within 14 days of delivery. Please return the faulty goods along with a letter outlining the problem. The cost to return any goods will be credited to you. Please include postage receipts with your goods return. Goods must be unused and in their original condition. Replacement will be subject to stock. If you instigate a return and stock is unavailable, we will issue you with a full refund.
